Chef Ljubo Stanojevic, born in Belgium and of Yugoslavian origin, has arrived at Le Manoir de l’Etang as our new Chef du Restaurant. He has a career history including gastromic restaurants as well as Excutive Chef positions at major hotels. Ljubo is naturally passionnate about the quality of his cuisine and delighting our epicurian clientele. The basis of Ljubo’s food is fresh and seasonal produce, locally sourced as a priority. On the menu you will find traditional as well as innovative dishes such as home made foie gras with tomato chutney, sea bream carpaccio with yuzo and coconut, rack of lamb and the « must-have » filet steak. The home made desserts include the chocolat fondant, crumble and Pavlova.
